Amanda has been in veterinary medicine since 1997. She has been with SJAWC since 2001. She lives in SW Michigan with her husband and in her free time she enjoys the company of her dogs and gardening.

Carrie
Carrie has been in veterinary medicine for 20+ years. She has been with SJAWC since 2007. She lives in Bridgman with her husband, two cats Marley and Kato and her dogs Fiona and Fergus. She has two grown children - both off to college! In her spare time, she enjoys being crafty in numerous types of media.

Penny - Customer Service Specialist
Penny has been with SJAWC since 2016 and is a friendly face waiting to care for you and your pets as soon as you walk in our door! She lives in St. Joe with her husband and has two grown children. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, photography and walking with her dog Phoebe. Many of the photos on our website have been taken by Penny.

Shaelyn - Customer Service Specialist
Shaelyn joined SJAWC in 2021 and is one of the smiling faces that will greet you when you walk through the door. She graduated from Michigan State University as well as Southwestern Michigan College with a degree in Agriculture Business in 2021. Shaelyn grew up being involved with 4-H as well as FFA. She lives in Dowagiac with her fiancé and her blue heeler named Gunner. In her spare time, Shaelyn enjoys spending time with her farm animals, her family, and running her photography business.

Iza- Customer Service Specialist
Iza joined SJAWC in 2020. She is originally from Poland where her Grandfather and Uncle were both veterinarians. She herself has been a long time receptionist at veterinary clinics both in Chicago and California. She has always been surrounded by animals and loves to care for them. She currently lives in St. Joseph with her fiance and two very spoiled cats, Mufa and Azriel. Her hobbies include reading and traveling. But one of her biggest passions are horses.

Avery
Avery joined SJAWC in 2022. She grew up walking dogs around the community as well as helping out at local shelters. She lives in Benton Harbor with her Boyfriend and two dogs, Ernie and Stone. In her free time she enjoys going to concerts and hiking.

Kam has been in veterinary medicine in 1991. She has been with SJAWC since 2012. At home she enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 cats. She enjoys adventuring on her sailboat and yoga – especially paddle board yoga!

Aggie - Customer Service Specialist
Aggie has been with SJAWC since the very beginning! Aggie possesses a variety of skills. Her resume includes spending time in the marketing department at Brookfield Zoo in Illinois. After 20 years at the zoo, Aggie decided to retire in southwest Michigan. She lives in St. Joe with her two cats, Daryl and Brother Daryl. Aggie can be found in all areas of the clinic - she helps throughout the clinic in a variety of ways. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening. She is also an avid quilter.
